this group is an opportunity for you to meet weekly with a cohort of parents, have coffee and a snack while connecting over shared experiences, and find support for your unique parenthood journey. postpartum wellness and infant care topics will also be discussed each week, in order to build your confidence as a parent. this series meets weekly for 6 weeks and is hosted in multiple locations.

- a partner or support person is welcome to attend with you -- their attendance is covered by your registration fee.
- you can expect comfortable spots for feeding, a baby changing station, and a supportive environment for all family experiences and choices.

storytime + sensory play for babies 3-18 months
in this active playgroup you and your baby will learn by doing and build the confidence to explore more together. each week will feature a themed storytime and sensory play activity, with opportunities to support your baby’s development and bonding with you. this group meets weekly for 6 weeks.
