a 7-week series focused on postpartum care, connection with other parents, and building your confidence.
this group is an opportunity for you to meet weekly with a cohort of parents, have coffee and a snack while connecting over shared experiences, and play with your baby in a supportive environment. postpartum wellness topics will be discussed each week, addressing physical and mental health, relationships, self-care, and much more. this series will meet for 7 weeks at Heart Space Art Studio in Minneapolis and finish with a group outing for parents and babies.

- a partner or support person is welcome to attend with you -- their attendance is covered by your registration fee.
